Position Overview We are looking for a Sales Associate/Consultant who enjoys providing a high level of customer service. The successful candidate will guide customers through the Spitzer value‑pricing process, introduce them to our vehicle lineup, and foster long‑term relationships. Facilitate an interview at a comfortable pace for the customer to discover preferences, needs, and buying motives. Present vehicles that meet customer needs and explore their interests. Involve customers in trade‑in evaluation, present financial proposition, satisfy concerns, and ask for the order. Conduct the Spitzer delivery process and follow up with customers in a prescribed manner to develop loyalty. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with all types of people. Professional, ethical, and respectful. Self‑starter and self‑motivated. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with ability to follow through. Proficient computer skills, including email. High school degree (equivalent). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
