Estimator - Plumbing (Multifamily)

Job Details Project Estimator - Plumbing (Multifamily). Location: Corona, CA (Onsite - Monday-Friday). Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year. Overview We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Estimator to support a growing portfolio of multifamily plumbing projects ranging from $1.5M to $20M. This role is fully onsite in Corona, CA and will work closely with ownership, project managers, and field teams to develop accurate, competitive estimates that support successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed plumbing estimates for multifamily projects including garden-style, wrap, and podium construction Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications Analyze plans, specifications, and addenda to identify full scope requirements Develop labor, material, and equipment pricing aligned with project schedules and execution plans Solicit, review, and level vendor and subcontractor pricing Identify project risks, gaps, and clarifications needed prior to bid submission Prepare and present estimates, bid summaries, and scope reviews to internal leadership Assist with value engineering, alternates, and cost analyses when requested Support project handoff to operations teams after award Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Plumbing Estimator or Project Estimator within a plumbing or mechanical contractor Multifamily project experience required Proven experience estimating projects in the $1.5M-20M range Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and construction sequencing Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
