Clinical Project Managers

Priority Review Date (Note - Posting may close at any time) Job Summary Clinical Project Manager – responsible for coordinating all aspects of clinical studies from initiation through delivery. Must meet vaccination requirements to work with patient‑sensitive environments and maintain compliance with CDC standards and hospital policy. Responsibilities Coordinate all phases of clinical studies, including protocol development, procedural manuals, adverse event reports, institutional review board documents, and progress reports. Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, investigators, and research staff. Maintain required records and ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory regulations, and overall clinical objectives. Record adverse event and side‑effect data, and report events to oversight agencies. Utilize project management methodologies to lead cross‑functional teams, resolve issues, and meet targets, timelines, budgets, and requirements. Minimum Qualifications Equivalency statement: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience. Bachelor's (or equivalency) + 10 years of directly related experience or Master's (or equivalency) + 8 years. Preferred Qualifications Expert‑level knowledge in clinical research operations.
