Encompass Health seeks a Facilities Management Director to lead all building, grounds, and life-safety operations for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Reporting to hospital leadership, you will oversee maintenance, environmental services, and plant operations to ensure a safe, compliant, and patient-centered environment. You will manage staff and vendors, ensure regulatory readiness (Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA), and drive capital planning, preventive maintenance, and budget oversight. #J-18808-Ljbffr Laphcc
