Senior Manager of Data Analytics

What you'll do Lead and grow a team of data analysts; direct day-to-day activities; manage performance, and be responsible for career development. Partner with executive stakeholders to develop and execute a roadmap of analytics initiatives that will drive the most business value for the suite of customer products for which the team is responsible. Provide thought leadership on analytic techniques, statistical learning techniques, and data visualization techniques to enhance the service offerings of the team. Closely collaborate with Data Science teams to align on experimentation plans, analytic prototypes, and other joint initiatives. What you'll bring Bachelor's Degree in a business-related or quantitative field. 10+ years of professional experience in analytics preferred, 3+ years experience managing people. Experience leading teams that have delivered analytic service offerings which repeatedly drive key business decisions. SQL fluency with preferred experience using a scripting language like Python or R. Experience with senior executive stakeholder management and communicating analytic findings to senior stakeholders. Preferred experience in leading reporting/data visualization capabilities. Understanding of infrastructure, monitoring, and alerting necessary to support highly visible and business-critical reporting. Tableau experience preferred. Offers may include an annual bonus target, typically expressed as a percentage of salary.
