This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to support employees across multiple locations and business groups while working closely with an experienced regional HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with approximately 2–4 years of experience who is ready to take on broader responsibility. Rather than being limited to one area of HR, you will gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle while supporting both professional and manufacturing employee populations across multiple states. You'll also join a large, established global organization while working within a smaller HR team where your contributions will be visible. $65K–$75K base salary 5% annual incentive opportunity hybrid flexibility room to continue growing within HR Job Details What You'll Be Doing You will provide day-to-day HR support across several locations in the Northeast and Midwest, serving as a resource for both employees and business leaders. Responsibilities will include recruitment and onboarding, preparing offer letters, conducting new-hire orientations, maintaining employee records, and supporting employees throughout their lifecycle with the organization. You'll partner with leadership on employee relations matters, including performance and disciplinary issues, employee complaints, investigations, policy violations, promotions, and terminations. You'll also assist with payroll and HRIS activities, benefits and workers' compensation, FMLA/STD/LTD processes, annual open enrollment, employee communications, and company culture initiatives. The position will also help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and support the consistent application of company HR policies and procedures. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and approximately 2–4 years of HR or closely related experience. We're particularly interested in candidates who have gained broad generalist exposure and are ready for increased ownership and independence. Experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or other hourly employee environment is highly desirable, but it is not an absolute requirement. Hands-on exposure to employee relations, HRIS systems, payroll, onboarding, benefits, and employment policies will be valuable. Because you'll have access to sensitive employee information, the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and apply HR policies consistently is essential. Location & Travel You’ll be based from the company's Glens Falls office on a hybrid schedule of approximately 2–3 days per week onsite. This is an office location rather than a manufacturing facility. Although Glens Falls will be your home base, you'll support multiple locations throughout the Northeast and Midwest, including manufacturing operations. Travel is expected to be approximately 10–20%, generally consisting of periodic site visits and additional travel when business or employee needs require in-person HR support.
