About the job Customer Support Specialist

Position Summary

We are looking for dependable, service-oriented individuals to join our growing remote team as Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients with vacation-related questions, research available options, organize reservation details, and provide helpful communication throughout the planning process.

This opportunity is open to beginners. Previous travel-industry experience is not required, and training, supplier education, and continued team support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries and learn about their vacation needs, dates, preferences, and budget
Research accommodations, resorts, cruises, transportation, activities, tours, and other vacation options
Help clients compare available choices based on their individual requests
Assist with coordinating selected services through approved booking resources
Provide reservation confirmations, schedules, itinerary information, and relevant travel details
Support clients with routine booking changes, questions, and special requests
Follow up on pending information, deadlines, and upcoming trip requirements
Review reservation details for accuracy and completeness
Maintain accurate client notes, booking records, and communication history
Participate in ongoing supplier and destination education

Qualifications

Professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer-service and listening abilities
Organized with close attention to detail
Able to manage multiple client requests and priorities
Comfortable using online platforms and learning new digital tools
Reliable, adaptable, and solution-oriented
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or another approved country
