Supervisor de Saneamiento PM

El Supervisor de Saneamiento es responsable de supervisar las operaciones diarias del departamento de saneamiento, supervisando la limpieza y desinfección de las áreas de producción y envío dentro de nuestra planta de procesamiento de mariscos. El Supervisor de Saneamiento supervisará a todo el personal de saneamiento, asegurará la correcta sanitización de todo el equipo, la planta y los terrenos, y garantizará que toda la documentación requerida se complete correctamente y a tiempo. El Supervisor de Saneamiento liderará a sus equipos en el programa de Monitoreo Ambiental, trabajando con Aseguramiento de Calidad, Producción y Mantenimiento para garantizar un ambiente de planta saludable. Responsabilidades Crear y mantener un ambiente de trabajo eficiente, higiénico y positivo. Entrevistar, contratar y capacitar a todos los nuevos miembros del equipo. Ayudar a llevar a cabo sesiones de capacitación sobre saneamiento y seguridad según sea necesario o requerido. Asegurar que todos los empleados por hora sean evaluados y reciban planes de desarrollo y mentoría apropiados. Proporcionar liderazgo y resolver problemas, quejas y agravios de los empleados. Brindar apoyo y capacitación en el piso a los empleados para alcanzar objetivos. Programar, gestionar y rastrear el trabajo en tiempo real a través de ADP. Monitorear y controlar los gastos relacionados con el trabajo y horas extras. Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo en equipo y comunicación abierta. Ser responsable de la finalización de proyectos y el logro de tales objetivos. Gestionar un entorno que impulse el rendimiento mientras se mantiene un lugar de trabajo seguro. Dirigir y coordinar actividades de saneamiento para cumplir y superar las expectativas de clientes/reguladores internos y externos. Revisar y completar toda la documentación del departamento (Auditoría del Registro de Saneamiento Diario, Programa Maestro de Saneamiento, Capacitación, Control de Tiempo, Evaluaciones de Desempeño). Realizar otras tareas/proyectos según lo asignado por el Departamento de Control de Calidad. Requisitos Fuertes habilidades de supervisión. Conocimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y regulaciones de seguridad alimentaria. Capacidad de trabajar en condiciones húmedas y secas. Levantar de 30 a 50 libras. Trabajar hasta 10 horas en un día laboral. Habilidad para usar herramientas y equipos como cuchillos y cortadores de cajas. Experiencia en la gestión de productos químicos y desinfectantes. Capacidad para entrenar equipos para trabajar de manera eficiente y efectiva garantizando la seguridad alimentaria y la limpieza del espacio de trabajo.
