Laboratory Assistant - MCL Divisional Support

While experience is preferred, Mayo Clinic provides on-the-job training for this
role! Learn and earn at Mayo Clinic! As a laboratory assistant you will be a member of an agile team responsible
for biological specimen receipt, identification verification, processing and
storage. In addition, you will perform a variety of clerical, processing, and
other laboratory duties that include maintaining supply inventory, filing,
stocking, receiving shipments, and cleaning. This position is located at the
Superior Drive Support Center where immediate parking is available. The Lab assistant position will focus on ancillary tasks performed within the
operations. Tasks include but are not limited to: Standing/walking 95-100% during shift
Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Push/Pull greater than 75 lbs.
Repetitive motion hand/wrist
Grasp/Pinch
Hearing requirements
Full use of both hands
Color-identify and distinguish
