Day Shift dispatcher - Monday-Friday Monitor Drivers working hours and equipment availability Keep tabs on the weather at all locations Serve as a reliable point of contact to balance safety and customers' requirements Coordinate and manage the most efficient loads to remain cost-effective as a company, combining shipments Provactively address problems and suggest solutions Answer and respond to any emergency/non-emergency calls to provide assistance Acquiring loads, scheduling, routing, providing drivers with load information Data Entry Processing paperwork Go to person between the driver, shipping and receiving customers, and the broker
