The training takes place in the following four years: Year 1 – Training workshop in Husum: metalworking / electrical engineering. Year 2 & 3 – Support service teams across Germany at wind turbines. Software programming and installation. Qualifications Good school leaving certificate (intermediate or advanced technical college entrance qualification or university entrance qualification). Interest and aptitude in mathematics and physics. Team player mindset and a collaborative spirit. Skill in craftsmanship. Very good German and good English (written and spoken).
