Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) – Multiple Massachusetts Locations This position is reserved exclusively for licensed therapy professionals with supervisory or management experience in rehabilitation settings. Relient Health is seeking experienced Directors of Rehabilitation (DORs) for full‑time, in‑person leadership opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Massachusetts. These are full‑time, direct‑hire, permanent placement DOR positions (not contract, not travel, not PRN). Our openings include leadership roles in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), and retirement communities , depending on the specific location.
