Qualifications:

• Active certification or licensure as a school psychologist
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English strongly preferred)
• Previous experience working as a school psychologist in school settings
• Knowledge of assessment, intervention, and counseling strategies for diverse learners
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments for referred students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide culturally responsive counseling and consultation services to students and families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a positive learning environment
• Advocate for students’ social, emotional, and academic well-being
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
• Participate in parent meetings, staff workshops, and team conferences
