Mobile Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Mobile Therapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with diverse needs, including those with autism, developmental disabilities, and mental health concerns. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes client-centered care, collaboration, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

- Provide individual therapy sessions for clients with autism, developmental disabilities, and other mental health concerns in their homes and schools. - Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including ABA team, medical professionals, and school staff to ensure comprehensive care. - Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective and innovative behavioral health interventions. - Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations. - Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in behavioral health.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. - Licensure or certification as a Therapist or Counselor, depending on state requirements. - Proven experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral health concerns. - Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures and behavioral health treatment modalities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in medical documentation and HIPAA regulations. - Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, per diem

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
