The Hematology Oncology Nurse Practitioner NP will report to oncology medical leadership with matrix support from nursing administration, partnering closely with board-certified oncologists, infusion RNs, oncology pharmacists, social workers, case managers, palliative specialists, and financial counselors; responsibilities include new consults and follow-ups, infusion support, treatment planning, symptom management, urgent same-day visits, chemo/immunotherapy education, standardized order sets, participation in quality initiatives, and opportunities to contribute to clinical trials and evidence-based pathway development within a friendly, diverse, and highly collaborative team.
