FACE FOUNDRIÉ – SUNSHINE STATE is opening our newest location in Oakland Park, Florida, and we're looking for passionate, licensed estheticians to join our Grand Opening Team. This is a unique opportunity to help launch a brand-new facial bar, build lasting relationships with guests from day one, and grow your career alongside a rapidly expanding franchise.

Role Overview

Job Title: Licensed Esthetician
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time W2 Employee
Reports To: Sales & Operations Manager
Location: FACE FOUNDRIÉ | Oakland Park, FL

Compensation: $17 per hour + membership and retail commission

A Day in the Life:

• Perform 40–50-minute facials and advanced skincare services including (but not limited to) dermaplaning,Hydrafacial,microchanneling, chemical peels, facial cupping, and waxing
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
• Educate guests on customized skincare routines, memberships, retail products, and treatment plans
• Meet or exceed individual membership, retail, and guest retention goals

• Recommend future services and rebook guests before they leave
• Maintainaccurateand complete client records
• Follow all Florida State Board safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations before, during, and after every service
• Maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ operational standards and brand expectations
• Support opening and daily operations, includingmaintainingtreatment rooms and communicating inventory needs
• Accurately follow company timekeeping procedures
• Participate in mandatory training, meetings, and ongoing education

This Role Might Be a Good Fit For You If You:

• Hold an active Florida Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, or Cosmetology License (Required)
• Have experience with dermaplaning,Hydrafacial, chemical peels, and facial waxing (preferred)
• Are passionate about helping guests achieve healthy, glowing skin
• Enjoy building relationships and educating clients
• Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Work well independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Are available to work evenings and weekends
• Are at least 18 years of age

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Licensure: Active Florida Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, or Cosmetology License

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to perform skincare servicesrequiringrepetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, andlift upto 25 pounds as needed.
