Location: Springfield, Ohio
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a Production Associate to support manufacturing operations in a facility specializing in custom chuck jaws. This position involves assisting with the production and handling of metal components while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Job Duties
Assist with the manufacturing of custom metal components
Support daily production and material handling operations
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Follow work instructions and production specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow established safety procedures
Work with team members to meet production goals
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to follow instructions and production procedures
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
