CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer to drive lean initiatives and capital projects across Texas locations. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and EH&S in a decentralized, matrixed team environment to boost profitability, throughput, and quality. The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, strong lean and project management skills, and the ability to travel 75–90% across Texas sites, including Houston, #J-18808-Ljbffr Oldcastle Infrastructure
