Physician: OB/GYN Hospitalist - Lake Forest

Job Description

Northwestern Medical Group is actively recruiting a full‑time OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our forward‑thinking practice. This position is a hospital‑based role within a state‑of‑the‑art integrated model that supports both office‑ and hospital‑based OB/GYN physician services, including 24‑hour in‑house coverage for obstetrics and inpatient/emergent gynecologic patients.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $320,000.00 – $415,000.00 (Annually). Placement within the range depends on relevant work experience, internal equity, and other factors.

Project Expansion

• Increase the total number of hospital beds to 210, including 168 inpatient beds, 24 ICU beds, and 18 postpartum beds.
• Relocate and expand the Emergency Department with enhanced diagnostic imaging capabilities.
• Improve overall access to care.
• Continue to grow specialty care services.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in OB/GYN.
