Fort Worth, TX $19.00/hr+ Doe Monday Friday | 8:00 Am 5:00 Pm Overtime Available as Needed

Always There Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented Ap Floater to join a growing team! This position will primarily support the Accounts Payable Department while cross-training in other departments, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their administrative and accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders and receipt entries in the Epicor Erp system
• Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
• Review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals
• Prepare and distribute vendor payments
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally
• Maintain accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and filing systems
• Update and maintain labor cards in Excel
• Assist with administrative duties and cross-train in other departments
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Associate's degree or trade school certification preferred OR high school diploma/ged with 13 years of accounts payable experience

• Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Erp system experience (Epicor preferred)
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be a U.S. person
