Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our thriving outpatient-only practice at a well-established FQHC near Modesto, CA. This is a mission-driven opportunity to provide comprehensive care to an underserved patient population in a team-based, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting

Collaborate with an integrated care team including behavioral health, nursing, and case management

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team huddles

Advocate for patients and help eliminate barriers to healthcare

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of California

DEA license (or ability to obtain)

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
