Surgical Instrument Reprocessing Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Instrument Reprocessing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the proper reprocessing of surgical instruments, adhering to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Schedule

Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

Reprocess surgical instruments according to established protocols and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in reprocessing areas.
Collaborate with surgical staff to ensure the availability of properly sterilized instruments.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related specialty.
Preferred certification in Health Care Sterile Processing Association (HSPA).

Holiday Availability

Candidates must be available to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve) each year.

Additional Information

Scrub color is dark blue, and uniforms are provided.
