Jeff Wyler Fairfield Auto Mall is seeking a top-performing Import Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact between our valued clients and our service department. This role is ideal for a polished, performance-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is passionate about delivering an elite customer experience.

As an Import Service Advisor, you will represent our import brands with integrity, technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence.

• Greet clients promptly and professionally
• Perform detailed vehicle walkarounds and accurate repair order write-ups
• Clearly explain maintenance, repair needs, timelines, and pricing
• Maintain proactive communication throughout the service process
• Deliver vehicles back to clients with clarity and care
• Achieve and maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores

Consistently meet or exceed:

• Effective Labor Rate (ELR)
• Hours Per Repair Order (HPRO)
• Maintenance and service contract penetration
• CSI and retention benchmarks

Identify preventative maintenance opportunities

Build long-term customer relationships to drive retention

• Work closely with technicians and parts department to ensure efficiency
• Manage workflow to meet promised delivery times
• Ensure warranty documentation and compliance accuracy
• Maintain organized and detailed service records

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Automotive Dealership Service Advisor experience (required)
• Strong understanding of dealership service operations and repair order processes
• Proven ability to meet sales and CSI goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
• Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
