About the Role:

As the Senior Paid MediaManageryou willbe responsibleforbuildingand executingcampaigns and overseeing theirperformanceacross all globalpaid cross-functionally with creative contentglobalcampaigns and field teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with GTM priorities and deliver against pipeline goals.

What Youll Do:

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and refinequarterlycross-channelpaid media strategies aligned toglobalcampaigns regionalcampaignsand field marketing initiatives
• Supportquarterlymedia planningallocatingspend across channelsand campaigns
• Monitorand track paid media pipeline targets and full-funnel KPIs

Execution & Optimization

• Overseecampaign execution across Google Ads LinkedIn display and other media channelswith support from external and internalteams
• Serveas the primary day-to-dayagencypoint of contactfor channeland campaignoperations
• Implement A/B testing frameworks foralways-oncreative audience and landing page optimization
• Leverage AI in campaign execution to increase speed to market

Performance & Reporting

• Drivepipeline attribution and conversion tracking across paid media touchpoints
• Monitor campaign performance using tools likeDreamdata Salesforce Power BI and 6sense
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops andBusinessInsightsto reportcampaignresultsfor executive cross-functional and partner audiences

Collaboration & Enablement

• Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing adcreative and assets
• Partner withMarOpsandRevOpstodesign holisticKPIs and reporting framework
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal training initiatives

WhatYoullNeed to Succeed:

• 8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media strategy and execution; agency experience a bonus
• Strong hands-on experience with major ad platforms: Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads programmatic DSPs etc. Bonus for ABM targeting platforms like 6Sense
• Deep technical and analytical skills: comfortable with large data sets attribution modeling using tools likeDreamdata Salesforce/CRM reporting/visualization tools (Looker PowerBi)
• Strong ability to leverage AI and automation to improve performance increase efficiency and speed paid media campaign execution
• Proven success managing large-scale B2B campaigns across multiple platforms
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise tech preferred

Compensation details: the base salary for this role ranges from $125k to $148k in addition to a 15% bonus structure.
