We are currently seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.Position OverviewAs a Caregiver at Right at Home South Houston, you will provide compassionate and personalized support to individuals in their homes. Your role will involve assisting with activities of daily living, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and dignified environment for our clients.LocationMissouri City, TX, Rosenberg, TX, Richmond, TX, Pearland, TX, and other South Houston communities and surrounding areas.Job TypeFull-Time/Part-Time/Per DiemHoursDays/Nights as neededKey ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices.Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.Provide medication reminders as prescribed.Transport and/or accompany clients on errands and/or appointments.Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.Document and report any changes in clients' condition or needs.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training is strongly preferred.Minimum 1 year experience in a caregiving facility or home care role.Ability to provide personal care with dignity and respect.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
