CLP provides care for children ages 6 weeks through Pre-K/4K and also offers a summer camp program for children ages 6–12.

Our program is grounded in a play-based HighScope curriculum. Teachers create weekly lesson plans that take advantage of our downtown location and the many resources in our neighborhood, including local parks, the library, Farmers' Market, Capitol lawn, and nearby museums. Children and staff alike have opportunities to explore, learn, and have fun together.
