Clinical Team Lead

Rancho Health is seeking an Office Manager to act as the main point of contact for office staff, providers, and outside vendors at our Temecula Valley OB/GYN clinics. You will supervise up to 30 employees, delegate duties, implement policies, and oversee scheduling, training, and performance reviews. You will also lead weekly staff meetings, ensure accurate timekeeping, manage office supplies, and handle patient phone calls related to concerns or complaints.
