Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Eliot, ME, for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and creating tailored rehabilitation plans for patients with a range of conditions. Day‑to‑day tasks include implementing evidence‑based therapy treatments, providing one‑on‑one patient care, documenting progress accurately, and collaborating with team members to deliver holistic and effective care. The role also involves creating strategies for home care and educating patients on long‑term recovery practices. Qualifications Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices Strong skills in Patient Care and Home Care to ensure comprehensive and empathetic treatment plans Knowledge of general Medicine related to musculoskeletal and neurological conditions Current state licensure in Physical Therapy or eligibility to obtain licensure in Maine Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program #J-18808-Ljbffr
