The Catalyst Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associates. This full-time, in-person position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and leadership while representing nationally recognized brands.

As an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate, you'll gain hands-on experience executing promotional campaigns, interacting with customers in a retail environment, and helping drive brand awareness and sales. Through comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship, you'll develop valuable business skills while working toward advancement opportunities within our growing organization.

What You'll Do

• Represent nationally recognized brands in a retail environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions.
• Assist with the execution of in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, face-to-face interactions.
• Help achieve individual and team sales and performance goals.
• Collaborate with team members to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, marketing, leadership, and professional development.
