Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Christmas Lighting Installers to join our team for the upcoming holiday season. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of holiday lights and decorations at both residential and commercial properties. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, possess a keen eye for detail, and take pride in providing exceptional results.
- Install holiday lighting and decorations on residential and commercial properties, including roofs, trees, shrubs, and other structures.
- Safely utilize ladders, lifts, and other equipment to access installation areas.
- Ensure all installations are secure, weather-resistant, and adhere to safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with lighting displays.
- Communicate with clients to ensure their vision is realized while providing outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with the removal and storage of lights and decorations after the holiday season.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in lighting installation, landscaping, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must be willing and able to work with ladders and on roofs.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Compensation:
- Weekly pay.
- Last year, each installer earned between $1,250 and $2,500 per week during the Christmas lighting season.
- Pay is aligned with relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
