Meineke is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager (Advisor). To be successful in this position you will need to be reliable, professional, and ready to make a move toward a long-term career with unlimited earning potential. Our shop is a family, and we treat each employee as such.Responsibilities:Schedule customer service appointmentsGreeting customers in a professional mannerAccurate write-up of customer concernsConvey expected costs and obtain approval for repairsTracking of the vehicle and communicating progress to the customerMaintaining excellent customer satisfactionPerforming any additional task assigned by managementAutomotive Service Advisor / Writer Qualifications:Excellent communication skillsProfessional appearancePositive attitudeStrong automotive knowledge or previous automotive-related experienceCommitment to being a team playerRequirements:- Previous experience in automotive service advising or related field preferred - Strong knowledge of auto body repair, vehicle maintenance, and mechanical systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service - Proficient in using computer software for service writing and estimates - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Valid driver's licenseCompensation: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
