Client Success Associate

A company is looking for a Client Success Associate to support the technical implementation and ongoing production use of software for clients. Key Responsibilities Support technical implementation activities, including software configuration, training preparation, and testing support Assist in coordinating implementation timelines and client readiness activities for new projects Provide day-to-day support to promote client adoption and address routine questions post go-live Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 5+ years of relevant industry and/or implementation experience Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Strong analytical skills and sound judgment for resolving moderately complex issues
