Conduct assessments and present clinical findings clearly to the treatment team. Collaborate with clients to create measurable, goal-oriented treatment plans. Develop and implement therapeutic interventions aligned with treatment goals. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Revise treatment plans as needed throughout the course of care. Address behavioral challenges with professionalism and empathy. Communicate regularly with families and connect them to appropriate resources. Perform other regulated duties as needed. Qualifications Masters Degree in clinical social work, psychology, or other related human services field. 2+ years of experience in the mental health field. Full licensure to practice clinical discipline independently in the state of Florida, required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counselor and/or Certified Addiction Professional. Demonstrates proficiency in communication and written skills. Familiar with HIPAA and patient confidentiality laws. Knowledgeable of state and federal statutes regarding patient confidentiality laws. Knowledge of corporate integrity and compliance program. Familiar with community resources.
