You'll lead your management team and hourly employees while creating a great experience for both our guests and our team members.Key responsibilities include:Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure a consistently strong guest experienceRecruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing restaurant teamCoach and develop managers and team members while creating a positive, accountable workplace cultureOversee labor, scheduling, food costs, inventory, and other key operating expensesMonitor restaurant performance and take action to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goalsMaintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safetyEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable health, safety, and employment requirementsPartner with FHG leadership and support teams on restaurant initiatives and operational needsBuild relationships within the local community and represent the restaurant and FHG professionallyIdentify opportunities to improve operations, team performance, and the overall guest experienceWhat We're Looking ForPrevious restaurant management experience requiredGeneral Manager or comparable leadership experience strongly preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to coach, develop, and hold teams accountableUnderstanding of restaurant financials, labor management, inventory, and cost controlsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environmentGuest-focused mindset and commitment to creating a strong team cultureFlexible availability based on restaurant needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFind Your Fit with FHGWith multiple restaurant concepts and locations, FHG offers experienced leaders the opportunity to find an environment that fits their strengths, leadership style, and career goals.As part of your application, you'll be asked to select the FHG location or locations you're most interested in.
