Program Clinical Supervisor III : (Concord/Bay Point/Antioch) School Based Services

Program Clinical Supervisor (III) Fred Finch Youth & Family Services is looking for a Program Clinical Supervisor who will supervise and oversee care and services for participants while ensuring program fidelity and successful outcomes. Compensation Pay Schedule: bi‑weekly across 22 pay periods Pay Range per Pay Period: $3,589.60 - $4,581.60 based on experience, education, and qualifications Stay‑On Incentive: eligible for a 3% incentive upon completion of a full work year Responsibilities The Program Clinical Supervisor will: Plan, supervise, review, and oversee the work of direct care staff (partner staff, BA-level staff, registered BBS staff, and licensed staff) Ensure program documentation meets relevant standards Provide consultation related to participant/family needs and plans Ensure compliance with Fred Finch and federal, state, and county guidelines Provide strategic and operational direction in programs covering productivity and financial performance Provide direct service as needed and perform related duties as assigned Qualifications Active CA LCSW license strongly preferred Knowledge of designing, supervising, monitoring, updating, and discontinuing individualized behavioral, mental, and emotional interventions Demonstrated ability to utilize de‑escalation techniques that align with the trauma‑informed care model as part of intervention strategy for working with participants in crisis Demonstrated understanding of the developmental milestones of children, youth, or young adults to provide care, treatment and services Ability to deliver and oversee trauma‑informed, culturally responsive, and age‑appropriate services for participants and families Ability to manage, coach, provide developmental feedback, and supervise staff Willing and available for in‑person work during regular business hours 8:00 am‑5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday Willing and able to work additional hours as needed Clean driving record and a current CA Driver’s License or ability to obtain within 10 days after hire Must have access to dependable transportation and personal car insurance, unless using agency vehicle Must be able to conduct a CANS/ANSA assessment within 90 days of employment if the work assignment is in a county program that requires CANS/ANSA certification Education and Experience Education Program Supervisor III (required): Licensed for more than two years – verified by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as either an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC Experience Program Supervisor III: 3 (three) years of work experience with population, supervisory, and/or combination Fred Finch Youth & Family Services (FF) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
