IT Support Analyst

Job Description

Join a global leader in the Healthcare Solutions industry as a vital part of our team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. Reliable home WiFi is required to ensure seamless connectivity and collaboration with our team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support and training to end users to maximize application efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation for business applications and processes.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience providing level 1 technical support to business users on an IT Service Desk or Call Center.
Has working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Technology (O365, MS Teams, OneDrive), User Account Management (password resets/unlock), and customer IT support experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

PREFERRED

CompTia A+ or other technical certifications related to technical support
