Senior Commercial Counsel - PPA SpecialistSeeking an experienced attorney to support the energy management and commodities team at an international renewable energy firm. This role provides strategic legal advice on complex transactions, regulatory matters, and commercial agreements, working closely with senior leadership and trading teams.Boston, MA, or Houston, TX - relocation assistance providedKey responsibilities include:Draft and negotiate PPAs, RECs, and ISDA agreementsStructure and advise on complex commercial transactionsSupport KYC processes and corporate complianceAdvise on permitting, regulatory matters, and litigationProvide practical legal guidance across trading, finance, and corporate issuesDevelop strategies to minimize legal and commercial riskRequirements include:JD and 5+ years' transactional legal experience - renewable energy industry requiredKnowledge of FERC and RTO frameworksStrong communication, negotiation, and business judgmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentVery flexible hybrid working model$180,000 - $240,000 compensationIf you are interested and have the above qualifications, please apply now!
