What You'll Bring to the Team Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results. A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture. Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Veterinary industry experience is preferred, with 3+ years of management experience ideal. The ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced environment while balancing the needs of the team, clients, patients, and business.
