This role ensures seamless execution of process mapping, tool design, testing, training, communications, and deployment—meeting both project timelines and quality standards.In addition, the role owns key components of the training infrastructure, including academy content management, cohort scheduling, learner tracking, internal communications, and digital enablement coordination.This position is designed as a pathway into strategic B2B marketing, leveraging strong project management, communication, and transformation capabilities through hands-on execution of COE initiatives.LocationPreferred: Within commuting distance of a DuPont site (global)Hybrid expectation: 4 days onsiteRemote considered with:Minimum 4-hour overlap with Eastern TimeCoverage across North America, LATAM, Western Europe, and IndiaKey ResponsibilitiesTraining & Capability BuildingSupport development and delivery of training curricula aligned to the marketing maturity model—from foundational awareness to advanced practitioner learningCreate scalable, on-demand training content (including AI video tools such as Synthesia) across core marketing capability areasDevelop playbooks, job aids, and quick-reference materials to enable application of key frameworks (e.g., value proposition, pricing, segmentation, sales plays)Design and manage the training academy ecosystem (LMS/iLearn/SharePoint), including content structure, tracking, and certification pathwaysProgram Execution & EnablementCoordinate global training rollouts, including cohort scheduling, session planning, enrollment, and completion trackingMonitor training engagement and provide visibility to stakeholders on progress and outcomesDevelop and maintain documentation and communication tools supporting training programs, AI tool deployment, and change adoptionManage and maintain COE enablement platforms (SharePoint, Teams, iLearn, AI tool environments)AI Tools & TransformationLead adoption roadmap for AI-enabled tools and training programs to drive sustained engagement and business impactPartner with IT and external consultants on development, testing, and deployment of AI marketing toolsTranslate business requirements and training content into technical specifications and user storiesLead process mapping and future-state workflow design supported by AI capabilitiesManage UAT cycles, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and deployment readinessCommunications & Continuous ImprovementDevelop and manage internal communications, including newsletters, updates, and enablement materialsReinforce awareness, adoption, and usage of marketing tools and resourcesDrive continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback, learner insights, and evolving business needsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, commercial excellence, technology, or customer support (B2B industrial or specialty chemicals preferred)Strong project management experience across cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiativesProven ability to translate business requirements into deliverables or technical specificationsStrong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skillsHigh learning agility, curiosity, and growth mindsetProficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint), AI tools (Copilot, Claude, agents), and project management platformsPreferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of marketing processes (market segmentation, value proposition development, demand generation, brand management)Experience supporting capability-building initiatives (training programs, process improvement, maturity models)Experience developing training content and enablement materialsFamiliarity with AI video platforms (e.g., Synthesia) or willingness to quickly build proficiencyEqual Opportunity StatementDuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
