As a front-line leader for the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Supervisor leads mitigation crews through safe, efficient, high-quality work on active jobsites. This role serves as the key connection between technicians, customers, project managers, and office staff while keeping production moving in the field with urgency, professionalism, documentation, and accountability.What You'll Lead in the Field· Lead mitigation crews on assigned jobsites and create a productive, safety-focused field culture· Coordinate and perform mitigation production processes while maintaining SERVPRO quality standards· Own the readiness of your assigned service vehicle by keeping it clean, organized, stocked, equipment-ready, and prepared for daily production or emergency response· Set clear expectations for restoration technicians and provide coaching, daily direction, and onsite accountability· Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, property managers, vendors, project managers, and office staff· Document job activity accurately and completely to support billing, compliance, and customer communication· Manage labor, equipment, materials, and consumable usage on assigned projects· Identify jobsite issues early and communicate solutions that keep projects moving forwardWhat Makes You a Strong Fit· You lead from the front and are comfortable working alongside your crew in the field· You take pride in keeping vehicles, equipment, paperwork, and job sites organized· You communicate clearly, especially when customers are under stress· You understand that safety, documentation, and customer service are just as important as production speed· You enjoy developing technicians and helping a team improvePosition Requirements· Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company service vehicle responsibly· High school diploma/GED preferred· At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, mitigation, construction, or a related field· Prior crew leadership, supervisory, or jobsite coordination experience preferred· IICRC certification is a plus, but not required· Ability to participate in after-hours, weekend, or emergency work as business needs requireAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawSkills, Physical Demands, and Competencies· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance· Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics· Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects· Ability to work with and around cleaning agents and restoration equipment· Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skillsHours, Travel, and Emergency ResponseThis is a full-time, field-based position generally working 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Because restoration work often happens when customers need help most, this position may require extended hours, evenings, weekends, and participation in emergency response and the on-call schedule.
