Available Shifts

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Monday–Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM

• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

As an LPN at Devon Gables Rehabilitation Center, you will:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care provided.

• Educate and support residents and their families regarding healthcare needs and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.

• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.

• Monitor residents' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, reporting changes promptly to the appropriate clinical staff.

• Document residents' responses to nursing care in accordance with facility policies.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

• Assist with unit operations and assume charge nurse responsibilities when assigned.
