Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health | Flexible Schedule | 1:1 Visits

Stern at Home Therapy provides outpatient-quality occupational therapy in the home, allowing clinicians to practice with true flexibility, full autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships through 1:1 care. Our therapists work with older adults and geriatric patients in a home-based setting while receiving strong administrative and clinical support from an experienced team. • $55-$85 per visit, depending on weekly visit volume
• Higher tiers unlock increased per-visit pay

• Higher per-evaluation rate compared to full-time roles

- Active New York Occupational Therapy license
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Reliable transportation for home visits
