As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a utility location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility grounds, access points, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures. Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
