Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool - 36 hours, night shifts

Responsibilities Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patient progress, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient. Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes. Float Pool Differentials 36 hours per week, nights shift (12‑hour shifts). Every other holiday required. Every fourth weekend required. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Candidates must have 2-3 years of acute Med/Surg experience or at least 1+ years of critical care experience. Pay Range $36.00 - $79.12 This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
