About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Customer Agentic Adoption and Value Realization to lead the transformation of its talent intelligence platform. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring that the new operating model for talent, which is deeply integrated with AI, is effectively adopted by customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the customer agentic adoption function from the ground up, including hiring and structuring a team, defining the operating and coverage models, and establishing clear handoffs with sales and solution delivery. The role also involves owning the activation playbook, leading the agent academy, and being the voice of the customer to product and engineering. The primary success metrics for this role include the utilization and consumption of agentic capacity, AI-conducted interviews, and customer-reported business outcomes. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of enterprise SaaS experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role related to post-sale functions. A proven track record in building or scaling an adoption or activation function, particularly in the context of a high-growth enterprise software company, is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in standing up an enablement or certification program and be fluent in AI, agentic, or workflow automation products. Strong analytical skills, executive presence, and the ability to lead distributed teams are also required. The role demands a strategic thinker who can position the company's adoption motion as a market differentiator and is adept at building product feedback loops that influence the roadmap. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree or equivalent enterprise leadership experience preferred.
