Key Responsibilities: Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Conduct thorough inspections, identifying potential issues and recommending proactive solutions. Repair: Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and implement effective repair strategies. Replace or repair defective components, ensuring minimal disruption to client comfort. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to high-end clients, addressing their unique HVAC needs with professionalism and courtesy. Educate clients on system operation, maintenance practices, and energy efficiency options. Installation: Install HVAC components in residential and commercial properties according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Ensure all installations comply with national and local building codes and safety regulations. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. Provide detailed reports and recommendations to clients for future work. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Participate in training and continuing education to stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC technology preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair and/or relevant trade experience. Valid Texas TDLR Air Conditioning Technician Registration and EPA 608 Universal certification. Valid Texas Drivers License and a Clean Driving Record Skills: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
