LVN/LPT Behavioral Health

Overview Walnut Creek Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 180‑bed skilled nursing facility within the Generations Healthcare network. The role is for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPT) who will work with the Special Treatment Program – Behavioral Health unit. Position is full‑time, covering PM and NOC shifts. Pay and Benefits Hourly rate: $42–$47. Full‑time employees receive benefits beginning the first of the month following hire. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and potential sign‑on bonuses subject to eligibility. Qualifications CA, Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPT) Ability to communicate in English Minimum 1 year experience as an LVN/LPT Behavioral health or psychiatric experience required Employment Requirements The position requires successful completion of a background check, a pre‑employment physical, and drug screening.
