Join a well-established private orthopedic practice offering immediate surgical volume and a clear path to partnership, and ASC buy in. With strong referral patterns, integrated support services, and long-term ownership potential, this role is built for surgeons seeking both financial upside and practice stability.

Practice Highlights

Ownership Opportunity : 2-year partnership track with additional ASC buy-in available
Onsite imaging, PT, and rehab with pain management support
1:4 call with paid coverage and physician driven scheduling flexibility
No competition, supporting 11 surrounding counties.

Compensation & Benefits

$1.2 million+ Earning Potential
$50K sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

38 days total time off annually

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship training in Total Joint or Hand Surgery
Open to both experienced surgeons or new graduates
