As a Leasing Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the leasing team to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
• Generate new leases and consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing targets.
• Manage 100% of incoming leads using property management and lead tracking software.
• Conduct proactive lead follow-up through phone, email, text, and other communication channels.
• Maintain strong lead-to-tour and tour-to-lease conversion ratios.
• Follow up with all prospects within 24 hours of community tours and continue engagement to maximize lease conversions.
• Achieve and maintain targeted closing percentages through effective sales techniques.
• Execute daily outreach marketing and business development initiatives.
• Build relationships with local employers, businesses, and community organizations to create referral and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize internet advertising sources and online lead generation performance.
• Analyze market trends, review market surveys, and remain knowledgeable about competitor pricing, amenities, and promotions.
• Conduct regular competitive market research and property shops.
• Effectively communicate the property's unique value proposition to prospective residents.
• Deliver an exceptional leasing experience and customer service throughout the resident journey.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all lease documentation and paperwork.
• Identify and report property concerns and operational issues to management.
• Assist with work order follow-up and resident service requests when applicable.
• Participate in resident events and community engagement initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, team members, and ownership representatives.
• Address resident concerns professionally, courteously, and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and leasing best practices.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Previous leasing, sales, or multifamily housing experience preferred.

• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and drive leasing performance.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience generating leads, managing sales funnels, and closing leases.
• Social media and digital marketing knowledge.
• Passion for prospect outreach, including phone, email, text, and in-person engagement.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with leasing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
