Key Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
• Actively source and attract qualified candidates through networking, referrals, social media, and strategic outreach efforts.
• Conduct resume reviews, candidate screenings, and initial interviews.
• Guide candidates through the selection, onboarding, and training process.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify and attract top talent.
• Maintain recruiting activity, reporting, and applicant tracking systems while supporting hiring goals.
Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
• Bachelor's degree required
